SHIPPING

All orders in the United States over $75.00 gets free standard shipping. Order with standard shipping generally ship within 1-2 business days and generally arrive within 3-5 business days Via USPS, depending on your location. Weekends and Holidays are not business days and therefore excluded from processing and shipping times, please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

For lost or stolen packages, please note that the liability is between USPS and yourself. There are no exceptions to this policy, but we are always happy to replace items that have not been marked as delivered. Once the package has been scanned as delivered we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Here are a few recommendations to help track your package.

  • Please allow 48 hours to see if the package shows up, sometimes the USPS updates tracking information as delivered a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery.
  • Confirm that the shipping address you entered when placing the order was correct.

ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICIES

We only offer exchanges within 10 days of receiving orders, no refunds. For exchange approval please email [email protected] and include the order number in the initial email. Merchandise being exchanged must be returned in the original condition it was sent. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached. Any items with stains, makeup, etc. will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. WE DO NOT HONOR REFUNDS ON ANY ITEMS.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please reach out to us in the “contact us” tab if you wish to report any defective items, assure to report within 4 days of receiving item. Make sure to include previous order number and reason for exchange, add a picture if the item is damaged. Merchandise that has been washed or worn cannot be accepted for exchange.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All sale clearance/promotional items are FINAL SALE and are non-returnable. Any accessories, bodysuits or white clothing cannot be exchanged; these items are FINAL SALE. We do not accept exchanges on any promotional items, discount codes, or clearance; all these items are FINAL SALE-no exceptions.The following items are considered final sale items.
